Faction Requirements

List of requirements all factions must meet before submitting a request

- All faction members must have a thorough understanding of New Hartford's rules of engagement
- The faction leader must have no past history of serious bans
- Factions must have at least four active members to submit a request
- A clear idea must be shown of what real life counterparts the faction is trying to imitate/portray
